Content Calendar + Studio tools
Think of this as your execution layer: it turns your marketing intelligence and strategy into weekly, on-brand content you can actually ship. Growth includes the Content Calendar (drafts + scheduling). Pro adds the Studio tools: the on-brand library, holiday hooks, and custom requests.
If you opened this from your dashboard, use your browser Back button to return.
1) Start in your Content Calendar
This is where drafts and scheduled posts live. If you’re on Growth or Pro, you can save content here, set dates, and export your calendar.
Use drafts when you’re still deciding.
Use scheduled when you’re ready to post on a specific day.
After you publish, log a win so BTO can learn what’s working.
2) Pro: Use the On-brand Library (templates + video scripts)
Pro includes the on-brand library so you can pull content that already sounds like you.
Grab social templates when you need a fast caption structure.
Use short-form video scripts when you want a quick “talking points” plan.
Use Build-by-Brand Week when you want a simple weekly rhythm.
3) Pro tools: ask for exactly what you want
Pro lets you request content without learning prompts.
Pick what you want to optimize for (more leads, more calls, more trust, more foot traffic, etc.).
Type your topic like you’re texting a teammate (example: “3 posts to promote our new winter special without sounding salesy”).
Generate a few options, pick the best one, then save it to the calendar.
4) Keep it simple (the BTO way)
Studio works best when you use it in small, repeatable steps.
Start with 2–3 posts per week. Don’t aim for perfection.
One strong offer post + one helpful post beats seven random posts.
Use the same winning structure again (BTO will help you spot it).
