We collect the information you submit during onboarding (like your business name, website or profile link, goals, and email). If you create a password, we store your login details securely.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your dashboard, score, guidance, and recommendations — and to send you important account emails (like password reset links and dashboard updates).
Emails
If you request a password reset, we’ll email you a secure reset link. We may also send product emails tied to your account (for example: scorecards or reminders) if those features are enabled for your plan.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Support
If you contact support, we may use your message and account details to help resolve the issue.

User Data Deletion Instructions
BTO Marketing Intelligence respects your privacy.
If you signed into BTO using Facebook Login and would like your data deleted, please email us at:
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Facebook account
- The subject line: “Facebook Data Deletion Request”
We will delete your data within 7 business days and confirm once completed.
If you no longer wish to use Facebook Login, you may also remove BTO Marketing Intelligence from your Facebook app settings.
